In addition to our main dish of live eel from Mikawa, Aichi Prefecture, we will be offering special dishes made with delicious fish, meat, and vegetables from the San'in region, available only on the day of the event.

A daily changing menu featuring 5-6 dishes of seasonal ingredients from the San'in region, including half a whole eel, appetizers, and sashimi.
